HOW TO ACCESS ZETDC SELF SERVICE PORTAL ON INTERNET
ZETDC has a Self Service Portal which is Internet based and which customers can access in the comfort of their chosen location without going to ZETDC offices in person. Through the ZETDC Self Service Portal, customers can view prepaid electricity tokens, track applications for supply, calculate prepaid electricity units and access post-paid electricity accounts.

After registering, a customer will be able to access their electricity account, view the usage of electricity as well as retrieve payment history. If a customer does not have an access account, registration is online through the Self Service Portal via https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw. The account is secure as it requires a password each time a customer logs on.

Through the view token facility, a customer will be able to view the last three (3) tokens purchased. This service is available from the portal via https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw/viewtoken. A customer need only to enter their meter number to view the last 3 tokens purchased for the specific meter. In cases were a customer has purchased a token and failed to receive the token from the vendor, this facility may be used to retrieve the token

Through the ZETDC Self Service Platform, a customer can calculate prepaid electricity units which can be purchased for any given amount. The customer only needs to provide a valid meter number in order to be able to use the calculator to determine the number of units which can be purchased for a particular amount or to determine the cost of a particular number of units. Prospective customers can track their applications for new connections though the portal. In order to track applications, prospective customers will need to provide a valid job number. To access this service, prospective customers should go to https://selfservice.zetdc.co.zw/application/tracker
