CONSULTANCY: DEVELOPMENT OF NETWORK MASTER PLAN

This request for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared
in Development Business No AFDB61-01/2017.
The Government of The Republic of Zimbabwe has received Grant from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of a consultancy service to develop ZETDC’s Network Master Plan. The output of the assignment will be a Least Cost Network Expansion Plan with budget considerations covering a 20-year planning horizon.
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution (ZETDC), now invites qualified Consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide a statement of capability and experience indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments in the past five years, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff,etc.). Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the shortlist and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the
African Development Bank’s ‘Procurement Policy and Methodology for Bank Group Funded Operations
(BPM)’, dated October 2015 which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM local time.
Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below until, 30 April 2019 until 10:00am GMT +02:00 Central African Time
